Civil Engineer – Facilities Management

  • Approved Australian or equivalent Advanced Diploma in Civil/Building & Structural Engineering.

  • Minimum 3 years engineering experience, with at least 2 years at an Australian company.

  • Prior experience in facilities management is preferred.

  • Strong capability with CMMS systems, especially MEX.

  • Proficiency in design/drafting software, data analysis, project costing, and adherence to CTMP/regulatory standards.

  • Excellent organizational skills in document control and compliance

Base pay| $73,500

Project Engineer - Civil (Building Services)

  • Holds an Engineers Australia–accredited Civil Engineering degree with a completed skills assessment.

  • Minimum 3 Years of Experience
  • Familiarity with mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems in residential/commercial contexts
  • Ability to plan, organize, oversee execution, manage budgets, timelines, quality, risks, and compliance
  • Capable of designing and developing building services systems; preparing specifications, reports, and technical documentation
  • Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, engineers, regulators; lead and mentor multi-disciplinary teams

Base pay| $75,000

Senior Manager - Corporatre Facilities

    • A minimum of 1-2 years work experience in Facilities Management Environment
    • 2-5 years Global Senior Management experience Middle East, South East Asia
    • Experience of working in a Facilities Management Environment will be preferred
    • Qualification in Management will be an advantage
    • Staff Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of administrative staff, providing guidance, training, and support as needed
